ROOK hooded puffer jacket is made from dense windproof fabric with a water-repellent finish. The down-equivalent insulation retains warmth, repels moisture, and quickly regains its shape. A deep hood with a wind-blocking collar, elastic cuffs and hem, zippered hand pockets, and an inner Velcro pocket provide wind protection, comfort, and practical storage.
