For living in a variety of environments, conditions, and different climates, we have created three categories of waterproof jackets. All fabrics for these jackets have been tested for waterproofness according to Japanese standard JIS L 1092:2009. Jackets with a metallic or rubber coating will protect you from light rain for a short time. Jackets made of fabrics laminated with membrane will resist light rain and wet snow for a long time. The most technically-packed jackets - liner parkas PLANCK - offer a high level of waterproofness up to 16,500 mm H₂O and their seams are taped to keep all water out.
