Our team operates at the intersection of design and engineering, creating collections with attention to detail, materials, and technology.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated fashion designer at the crossroads of creativity and technical precision, who can deeply understand the brand’s DNA and contribute to the development of apparel and accessories.

This role requires a sharp sense of fashion, creativity, and technical skills to participate in the process from concept to final product while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Creative and Design Development:
• Participate in concept creation for the collection (jackets, pants, tops, accessories, bags)
• Create technical sketches in Corel / Illustrator (3D skills are a plus)
• Select and propose materials
• Design and refine trims, hardware, and accessories
• Implement design adjustments based on fittings

Technical Execution:
• Prepare complete technical packages (tech packs)
• Maintain assortment and colorway tables
• Track sample production and deadlines
• Provide detailed sample comments
• Fill in technical documentation
• Organize and systematize working files and archives
• Communicate closely with the Shanghai team (including travel)
• Support
• Support collection preparation for shoots and presentations
• Bring innovation and fresh ideas to design and development processes

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation standards
• Experience working with materials, trims, and complex garments
• Confident business-level English (written and spoken)
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, accuracy
• Readiness to work in the fast pace of the fashion industry and continuously improve results
