Return Policy

RETURNS

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase or did you order the wrong item? No problem! You have the right to return the item within 14 days after delivery. After we collect the item(s), we will refund the amount via the payment method that was used when placing the order. Please note this process can take up to 15 days.

When returning an item, it is important to handle the product in same conditions as you received it and pack it back with care. If the plastic wrapping is damaged in such a way it cannot be used again for the return shipment, we would want you to use a good and sturdy alternative packing material. You are kindly requested to unwrap and use the item only to determine whether you would like to keep the item. Used, damaged and items without the unique return label/seal cannot be returned or exchanged. The return label is the label which is attached to your item with a plastic wire and it should not be removed when you wish to exchange or return the item.

If the return label is no longer attached and/or if we strongly suspect the item has been used, you are not eligible for any refund and we will return the item to you.

We do not accept refunds or returns on custom items from the «Safe_expression» collection by KRAKATAU x Kaspersky.

Please note: the return costs are costs carried by the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

When you would like to return an item, please follow the following steps:
1. Put the items in the original package.
2. Fill in the return form which is delivered with your order and include it in the package.
3. Write the return address on the box and purchase a shipping label. You can find the address on our return form*
4. Send us the return shipment. Please note: the shipment costs are costs for the customer.
5. When we have received the order, we will refund the money within 14 days of sending the item back to us and will inform you by email.

Please note, if you return an item from outside of the EU, please mark the box as returned goods and add webshop@krakatauwear.com so we receive updates about any possible custom fees we have to pay to receive your return.
